Natures Diamond offers its customers a Lifetime Exchange and Buyback scheme on all purchases made from our showroom, website or from Natures Diamond stall in an exhibition. The customer will not be asked any questions at the time of availing the benefits and they can avail this scheme whenever they wish to.

Lifetime Exchange

If you choose to exchange the product, then we will consider 100% value of Gold and Diamonds at the prevailing market rate. Only the making charges would be deducted and the laboratory charges to be paid by the customer.

Lifetime Buyback

If the customer wishes to avail of the buyback policy, then we will consider 100% value of the Gold and 80% value of the Diamonds at the prevailing market rate. Only the making charges would be deducted and the laboratory charges to be paid by the customer.

Q. What are the Laboratory charges in the above table?

To give the customer the right value of their diamonds or diamonds jewellery at the time of availing the lifetime exchange or buyback scheme, the product is sent to a third-party laboratory to get it re-certified from them. This way the customer will not be exploited and will get the best value of their products.

Q. Will the making charges be deducted?

Yes, making charges will be deducted while calculating the value for Exchange or Buyback.

Therefore:

• Under the buyback policy, the making charges will not be refunded
• Under the Exchange policy, the making charges will not be counted as the value for exchange

Q. How can we avail the Exchange or Buyback scheme?

The customers can avail the scheme by any of the following options:

Q. How will we get the refund?

The refund will be processed to the customers bank account within 5 working days after returning the product.

Q. What is the process for availing the Lifetime Exchange or Buyback scheme?

After the customer returns the product with the Original Bill, it will be re-certified by the laboratory to confirm its authenticity. The Laboratory charges will be borne by the customer.

After we get the certificate from the Laboratory, the customer can either exchange or get a refund.

Q. Can an exchanged product be produced for refund or buyback again?

No. Once an item has been exchanged, then the exchanged product cannot be bought for exchange or refund again. The lifetime exchange or buyback scheme can be availed only once, per purchased product.

Q. How is the prevailing market price of diamonds decided?

The prevailing market value of diamonds in the Jewellery would be decided based on the prices at our showroom at the sole discretion of Natures Diamond.

Q. Are loose diamonds accepted?

Yes, loose diamonds are accepted under the Lifetime Exchange and Refunds scheme.

Terms and Conditions for Buyback/Exchange

• Customers must provide the original bill and certification for the jewellery being considered for exchange or buyback.
• Jewellery that shows signs of alteration from outside sources other than Natures Diamond will not be eligible for exchange or buyback.
• Buyback of products is applicable for products that were purchased at a value of up to rupees 3 lakhs.
• Personalised products are not eligible for exchange or buyback.
• Products being considered for exchange or buyback must be in their original condition as at the time of purchase from Natures Diamond.
• Refunds for eligible products will be processed to the customer’s bank account within 7 working days after the returned product is inspected and approved.
• Natures Diamond reserves the right to determine the eligibility of products for exchange or buyback based on the above criteria.
